• Compliance reporting and data analytics

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Be affiliated with a healthcare organization or medical device vendor
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

5. Medical Disclaimer

• Replace manufacturer sterilization guidelines
• Guarantee sterility of medical devices
• Serve as the sole basis for patient care decisions

5.2 User Responsibility

Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for:

• Following proper sterilization protocols and FDA guidelines
• Verifying device safety before patient use
• Maintaining compliance with Joint Commission standards
• Responding appropriately to temperature alerts

6. Data Ownership and Usage

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including:

• Medical device and tray information
• Temperature readings and cycle data
• Organization and user information

6.2 License to Use Your Data

You grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Create blockchain records for audit trail purposes
• Generate anonymized analytics and aggregated reports

6.3 Blockchain Records

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptographic hashes of events are stored on the XRP Ledger (XRPL)
• Blockchain records are immutable and cannot be deleted
• Only hash values (not sensitive data) are stored on-chain
• Sensitive data is encrypted before off-chain storage

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Third-party service provider outages (MQTT, database, blockchain)
• Network connectivity issues
• Force majeure events

7.2 Support

• System status notifications
• Critical incident response

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Subscription Fees

Use of the Service requires payment of subscription fees based on your selected plan. Fees are:

• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Patient care decisions made using Service data

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Sensor data will always be accurate or timely
• Blockchain records will be accepted by all regulatory bodies

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Fees are non-refundable.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Pose a security risk to the Service

Upon termination:

• Blockchain records remain permanently on XRPL
